Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and approval by Dendy Drive LLC. A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
Rental Payments & Security Deposit
Customers are responsible for all rental charges, applicable taxes, fees, and the required security deposit. Additional charges may apply for damage, late returns, excessive cleaning, tolls, tickets, or other rental-related costs.
Vehicle Use & Authorized Drivers
Vehicles may only be driven by the renter or additional drivers approved by Dendy Drive LLC. Customers must use the vehicle responsibly and legally. Racing, reckless driving, illegal activities, and unauthorized use are strictly prohibited.
Vehicle Condition & Damage
Customers are responsible for taking proper care of the vehicle during the rental period. Any damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning required during the rental may result in additional charges.
Vehicles must be returned on time, at the agreed location, and in the required condition. Late returns may result in additional fees. Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the specific rental agreement.
